- Please provide your business logo in vector or .ai format suitable for laser engraving, or a fee of £15 may apply for vectorising the logo. If you're unsure if your file is suitable for laser engraving, get in touch with us and we'll have a look at it at no extra charge.

✨Cleaning and Maintenance

Wipe with a dry cloth to clean from dust.

Avoid use of abrasive material on the acrylic as it scratches easily.

Avoid use of alcohol on mirror acrylic.

Proof Delivery:
You will receive a proof within 3-10 working days from the order date.
Orders will not proceed to production until the proof has been approved.

Free Proof Rounds:

The first 2 rounds of proofs are free of charge and included in your initial cost.

Additional Proof Rounds:

After the first 2 rounds, each additional proof round will incur an extra charge of £15.00 per proof.

Notification and Approval:

On the 2nd proof round, you will be notified of the additional charge for the 3rd round and asked if you’d like to proceed.
If you choose to proceed, an invoice for the additional cost will be sent to you.
This step will repeat with every additional proof until you’ve given final approval.

    Current Lead Time:
    The current lead time is 2-3 weeks.

    Customized Items:

     

    The total lead time for customized items (e.g., acrylic signage) may vary depending on how quickly we receive a high-resolution logo file and your proof response time.
    Accepted file formats: .png, .svg, or .eps with a transparent background.
    An additional £15 fee will be charged if we need to recreate your logo due to improper file type or resolution.

    Need to rush your order? Add rush services to your cart to decrease your lead time to 7-9 business days.

      UK Postage:
      Royal Mail First Class Signed For £3.99
      International Postage:
      International shipping is available upon request. Just ask.

      IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
      *Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update.
      Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Proof of postage is always obtained.

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
      All print orders are shipped within 7-21 business days *from the date you approve your designs for print. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.

      WHAT IF I STILL HAVEN'T APPROVED MY DESIGN FOR PRINT?
      The 14-21 business day print/ship timeline does not start until you approve your design for print. If you are late approving your design, your print/ship times will be delayed day-for-day. I will not print without your exclusive approval.

      Orders are made to your specifications. Proofs will be sent to you to check before printing. If there are any mistakes they will be rectified, and another proof sent you.

      If I then get the Okay. I will print, any mistakes at this point will not be rectified by Refund or Replacement. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made on our behalf, a replacement will be offered.

      Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and are non refundable. Amendments can be made - but this is at our discretion.
