As the items are handmade there may be slight variations in the placement of the design. 

❤ PROCESSING TIME: 
Your product will be posted within 2-3 WEEKS after purchase. If you need your item for a certain date please message us before to ensure we can accommodate this.

A mock up will be emailed to you within 7 working days. Once you confirm the mock up , your order will be printed and dispatched within 14 working days.

SENDING YOUR LOGO

Acceptable image files and where to send them When ordering any products that require your logo please send high quality files via email to customsbykhrissy@gmail.com Logo image files should be high quality images, ideally JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS files. Low quality files may print poorly and affect the final quality of your product. Please bare in mind that designs created in RGB colour mode may look different when printed as printers use the CMYK colour mode.

Proofs

It is very important that you check any proofs carefully and make sure that all the details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for any errors spotted after going to print. Please pay particular attention to all contact details such as names, dates, addresses and numbers. Remember, the colours that you see on screen are unlikely to match the final print exactly. Please be aware if you are ordering a re-print the colours may vary slightly between print runs. If you are ordering various products with the same colours/design, the colours may vary on the different stocks of card or paper.

 

Proof Delivery:
You will receive a proof within 3-10 working days from the order date.
Orders will not proceed to production until the proof has been approved.

Free Proof Rounds:

The first 2 rounds of proofs are free of charge and included in your initial cost.

Additional Proof Rounds:

After the first 2 rounds, each additional proof round will incur an extra charge of £15.00 per proof.

Notification and Approval:

On the 2nd proof round, you will be notified of the additional charge for the 3rd round and asked if you’d like to proceed.
If you choose to proceed, an invoice for the additional cost will be sent to you.
This step will repeat with every additional proof until you’ve given final approval.

Current Lead Time:
The current lead time is 2-3 weeks.

Customized Items:

 

The total lead time for customized items (e.g., acrylic signage) may vary depending on how quickly we receive a high-resolution logo file and your proof response time.
Accepted file formats: .png, .svg, or .eps with a transparent background.
An additional £15 fee will be charged if we need to recreate your logo due to improper file type or resolution.

Need to rush your order? Add rush services to your cart to decrease your lead time to 7-9 business days.

UK Postage:

International Postage:
International shipping is available upon request. Just ask.

IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
*Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Proof of postage is always obtained.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All print orders are shipped within 7-21 business days *from the date you approve your designs for print. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.

WHAT IF I STILL HAVEN'T APPROVED MY DESIGN FOR PRINT?
The 14-21 business day print/ship timeline does not start until you approve your design for print. If you are late approving your design, your print/ship times will be delayed day-for-day. I will not print without your exclusive approval.

Orders are made to your specifications. Proofs will be sent to you to check before printing. If there are any mistakes they will be rectified, and another proof sent you.

If I then get the Okay. I will print, any mistakes at this point will not be rectified by Refund or Replacement. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made on our behalf, a replacement will be offered.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and are non refundable. Amendments can be made - but this is at our discretion.
