Message from Your Elf’ Dry Erase Board

Please don’t use any abrasive cloths on the dry erase surface as it will scratch. A light wipe with a micro fibre cloth or tissue is recommended for any fingerprints etc.

 Due to screen calibration and lighting, the colours in the photos may vary from the actual product.

Please read item descriptions carefully and ask ALL questions PRIOR to ordering. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of order with any questions or concerns so that we may assist. Returns/refunds are not offered unless we have made an error on your order.

❤ PROCESSING TIME: 
Your product will be posted within 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS after purchase. If you need your item for a certain date please message us before to ensure we can accommodate this.

Proof Delivery:
You will receive a proof within 3-10 working days from the order date.
Orders will not proceed to production until the proof has been approved.

Free Proof Rounds:

The first 2 rounds of proofs are free of charge and included in your initial cost.

Additional Proof Rounds:

After the first 2 rounds, each additional proof round will incur an extra charge of £15.00 per proof.

Notification and Approval:

On the 2nd proof round, you will be notified of the additional charge for the 3rd round and asked if you’d like to proceed.
If you choose to proceed, an invoice for the additional cost will be sent to you.
This step will repeat with every additional proof until you’ve given final approval.

Current Lead Time:
The current lead time is 2-3 weeks.

Customized Items:

 

The total lead time for customized items (e.g., acrylic signage) may vary depending on how quickly we receive a high-resolution logo file and your proof response time.
Accepted file formats: .png, .svg, or .eps with a transparent background.
An additional £15 fee will be charged if we need to recreate your logo due to improper file type or resolution.

IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
*Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Proof of postage is always obtained.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All print orders are shipped within 7-21 business days *from the date you approve your designs for print. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.

WHAT IF I STILL HAVEN'T APPROVED MY DESIGN FOR PRINT?
The 14-21 business day print/ship timeline does not start until you approve your design for print. If you are late approving your design, your print/ship times will be delayed day-for-day. I will not print without your exclusive approval.

Orders are made to your specifications. Proofs will be sent to you to check before printing. If there are any mistakes they will be rectified, and another proof sent you.

If I then get the Okay. I will print, any mistakes at this point will not be rectified by Refund or Replacement. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made on our behalf, a replacement will be offered.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and are non refundable. Amendments can be made - but this is at our discretion.
